Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We booked a table for four last minute. We were seated quickly and staff were attentive. The food was delivered very quickly and the portion sizes were very generous. Kids under 11 eat free when parents order a pizza so we found it to be very reasonable price-wise. There is a lovely outside area too with a heater so eating al fresco is a choice. There are trains going overhead so it was a little loud, but we could still hear everyone on our table. It is located near the Young V&A and the tube station so very convenient for tourists and little legs!

Always a great time, and they never mind you just having some drinks so you can enjoy the jazz (without needing to buy a meal).

This is a great pizza restaurant for small groups (2-4 people) if your seating downstairs, I haven’t seen the upstairs area yet. The food was great, service was very good and drinks were served in mason jars rather than cans with glasses so that was nice. The pizza base was good and well cooked, and the toppings were good quality as well. Will definitely be coming back to both here and the coffee room.
