I migliori ristoranti di cucina peruviana a Boca Raton

Fui hace unos días y todavía no supero lo increíble que estaba todo. Pedí ceviche, una sopa, causa de atún y lomo saltado… ¡y cada plato estaba mejor que el anterior! Todo súper fresco, lleno de sabor, y con ese toque casero que solo se consigue cuando la cocina se hace con cariño. Se nota la autenticidad y el respeto por la gastronomía peruana en cada detalle. Sin duda, se ha convertido en uno de mis sitios favoritos. ¡Volveré muy pronto!

Menu excellent. Food excellent. Ambience excellent, except -- restaurant had a smell like backed up plumbing/sewage that hits you as soon as you walk in. They need to address it. Service was great. Only negative was the server mentioned they had an appetizer of trio de mixto ceviche. It is $38 on the website but it was charged at $48 on my bill. If they are going to suggest that appetizer, they should tell you the price upfront. Honestly the entrees are less than that. the grilled octopus appetizer at $29 was the best i've ever eaten. The sashimi octopus with Olivo sauce at $19 also excellent. the beef chaufa was flawlessly made. the chupa de camarones was killer. The only dish that was average was shrimp ceviche. We found it low on flavor as if the shrimp were fully cooked prior to making the dish so the acid and flavor from the lime juice did not penetrate the shrimp. Sounds critical but this is without a doubt the best peruvian restaurant in the area.

The food and service were excellent. The presentation of the food beautiful. The restaurant was noisy. Bad acoustics! What happened to peaceful dinners?
