The edamame was some of the best I’ve had, cooked well, and the seasoning was amazing. The gyoza was fresh and well made, super flavorful. For ramen, I ordered the veggie and my partner ordered the 50/50 chicken and pork. We’ve tried a few other ramen spots in town, Domu obviously, etc. so it wasn’t our first rodeo. We were immediately impressed with the flavors of the broth, as well as the noodles, and portion size in general. Both of the bowls were icy and robust, and for a bit of extra heat, we added in some of the extra chili flakes and oil from the edamame. I added fried chicken to mine - amazing.
