Best Modern European Restaurants in Upper Kirby / Shepherd Corridor

Fun idea of touring the world’s cuisines. We were there on Tapas Tuesday and enjoyed four of the dishes. The Mac-n-cheese and Schnitzel bites were good, the minced meat and mushrooms were blah. Kinda of a mixed bag.,The cocktails were a disappointment, almost watered down and not creative. They should pair the cocktails to the world menu. The regular menu has great offerings so we will be back to try the place again. Service was great and ambiance nice.,

Tony's is one of the best restaurants in the country. The restaurant has a lot of history and it's a really beautiful restaurant. I have dined at Tony's for now over 40 years and it is without a doubt one of the finest restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to experience. From start to finish, it is sheer joy to behold. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is stunning, yet relaxing all at once. Most recently, I was there to celebrate a good friend's birthday and the entire staff couldn't have made it more special. There aren't enough accolades to describe how truly special dining at Tony's is.

Food was good and service was nice. However, there was a toddler running around the patio seating area, talking loudly the entire time that was disruptive. It’s always so disappointing when the parents are doing nothing about it. Not really the restaurant’s fault and they did seat them away from us, but totally ruined the experience for us.
