Best Modern European Restaurants in Spotswood

Great little venue. Seated immediately, drinks pretty much underway. I ordered the Espresso cocktail and it was delicious. We were a party of four and order the mamas table option. Food portions 10/10. Very large. Starters: Oysters- fresh and tasty Scallops- cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing Potato muille- fan favourite Arancini - another fan favourite Focaccia - very nice, just wish it came with butter Fries- standard. Yum Mains Steak ( add 12$ into price)- perfectly cooked and the jus was 10/10 Chilli crab pasta - fan favourite, bursting with flavour Ciao Pepe - was tasty, but we had fomo with the vodka pasta being served on all the other tables Beef ragu - kids were a huge fan of this. Wine selection was also very good! Ryan was our server and he was very attentive. He wore multiple hats that day and although spread thin, we felt very well looked after. I’d definitely give this place a try!

The environment is quite nice and there aren't many people. The steak I ordered was medium but already had a burnt taste. The fries that came with it were very delicious.

It was simply delicious. Beautiful setting, toasty atmosphere on a cold evening and great views out to Park St from upstairs. Great value for tasty food, the performance of our waiter making cannoli by hand at the table topped it off!

We went as a group of 8. Once they had turned the speaker directly over our table down a bit, we were able to converse and have a great night. The meals were delicious, and the drink waiters attentive. The feeling of The Mill was comfortable, although a bit of a cold breeze flowed through. Recommended for a casual meal out with friends.
