    I was surprised how good the food tasted. Presentation and taste was excellent. One of the best hotel restaurants I ever experienced. Our server might've been a little overwhelmed b/c of the amount of tables she was handling. It was still a good meal despite her bringing our breakfast meats out several minutes after our French toast arrived.

    An absolutely amazing experience. We had a party of 6, one of which has a glutton allergy. We all ordered the unlimited dinner experience. All of us could not have been more delighted from start to finish. The service was prompt, as well as personable and professional. The cuisine went from outstanding to out of this world. Just when you would try a dish with the thought, “this will be my favorite,” the next dish would arrived and was even better. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Ambar Capitol Hill. I guarantee you and your entire party will not be disappointed.
