Best Middle Eastern Restaurants in Mount Rainier

We were a little disappointed about our experience at Rumi. We made a reservation for dinner, but were given a table right at the entrance of the restaurant where diners were waiting to be seated, while diners without reservations were taken to tables inside the restaurant where the dining experience would have been more pleasant. My husband ordered chicken dish, which was delicious, but my dish, a beef stew, was not of the standard I expected, and left me bloated and with cramps, and feeling unwell and with gastro symptoms during the night. Our service was excellent and the ambience of the restaurant could have been great if we had been given a table that allowed for a pleasant dining experience.

Incredible, fresh, tasty and a fun mix of items on the menu make for many can’t miss dishes. The service is unparalleled in DC, seriously attentive, authentic and refreshing.

Food was great! The owner explained to us that his staff was taken away by ice a few days before… So we were extremely patient after hearing so..  I’m definitely going back to visit again and I would definitely recommend

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. Wanted to try something new. Except for the price of the wines (exorbitant), we had a great time. Will return.

Lebanese cuisine is my favorite and I always seek it out when traveling. I could not have enjoyed our meal here more.  Every  dish a winner. Highly  recommended.
