Best Middle Eastern Restaurants in Chamblee

This was our first time at Rumi’s and we had such an amazing time! The food had my jaw on the floor several times, and Luisean was an amazing server! He was so attentive and knowledgeable and he definitely went out of his way to make sure our experience was perfect. We will be back and will for sure be asking for Luisean!

Nice ambience, can be very busy. The food was very tasty with right temperature and nicely presented. The drinks were excellent including non-alcohol.

Second visit to Layaly. Both times have been excellent. Had the lamb kabobs this time -so flavorful! Also had an unusual Old Fashion made with date syrup. It's my new favorite drink now. I've already ordered the date syrup for the house - it was THAT good. Fair warning, it's on the sweet side, but that is the way I like it. The special was a squash stew with tomatoes and we ordered but they had just run out. So we ordered our meal, and then the server came out with a "half-dish" , not enough for a full order and she brought it to the table "on the house" while we waited for our dinners. It was so cool that they provided a way to taste the special, even though they were out. No room for dessert but want to try the Dubai cheesecake next time!

Rumi’s is my favorite restaurant in Georgia. The Sandy Springs location is near my house, so I visit it more often. I love the professionalism, the kindness, the expertise and dedication of the staff. I give them 5 stars.
