Created by Nicole Bower and Arthur Hollinger, Tasteful Station features a sophisticated menu that changes weekly prepared with fresh local ingredients. The dining room and bar make you feel like you have stepped back in time to the 1920's. At Tasteful Station, your food is prepared by chef, Arthur Hollinger who is self-taught. Hollinger grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and what brought him to Vermont was hockey at Castleton State College. Since then, he has settled in Rutland, Vermont. Nicole Bower is not new to the restaurant industry. She owns, The Cluckin Café in Pittsford & Poultney, Vermont and The Rollin’ Rooster Food Trucks.
