Populairste Mediterrane restaurants in Finsbury Park

My birthday treat was going to be mussels but they had completely run out and our table booked was cramped in the back surrounded by people though I had asked for a quiet area (hearing issues). Day was saved by being moved and a delicious lamb shank, my partner's roast hock was so big we had to take it home. One of my favourite home style cooking places, will be back for my mussels fix, after calling first.

Small and intimate in size but BIG in flavour and comes with great front of house service. Small plates to share are the way to go here. The chef is Turkish and therefore the dishes have an influence of Turkish cuisine about them. Each dish is freshly cooked to order and the flavours were fresh and delicious. We ordered all of the small plates which we shared between the four of us and found this worked well. We even had a small space for a naughty desert! The wine was expensive to us (non Londoners) but a good selection to choose from and we were delighted to see some Austrian wine on the list which is unusual in Devon. We had a great evening and would love to re visit again sometime in the future. Thank you!

We were staying in a hotel nearby, and Yaz looked interesting for dinner. The staff were very welcoming, and helpful. The food was just great - especially delicious kebabs. Hope it won't be too long before we see you again.

Delicious food, lovely staff, charming decor. Perfect plates for sharing too, would definitely recommend if you have a group!
