Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Grantville

My experience at Wormwood vastly exceeded my expectations. I live a half block away from the restaurant & have walked by many times. It was not until recently that I checked out the Wormwood website where I was pleasantly surprised to read the origin of the establishment, history of absinthe, & the chefs who drive the kitchen engine. When I arrived early to my reservation, I was greeted by the hostess, Savanah, who was delightful. Being ushered to the table, my friend and I were greeted by the kitchen staff from behind the bar. We had a table in el Jardín Secret—charming! We decided to do the Celebration menu—a 9-course meal that absolutely blew us both away. We also added a round of oysters to preempt the curated menu, which were delicious. Our waitress, Cara/Kara, was lovely. She gave a rundown of the absinthe selection along with context to the different curated menu options as well as her recommendations from the a la carté menu. We were also greeted by the GM multiple times along with other wait staff who were all gracious and genuinely interested in how our experience was going! I have never had a better dining experience! I wholeheartedly recommend!

 I celebrated my birthday there and we had so much fun even brought a candle with a very chocolatey fudge cake

Gianna was a wonderful waitress and the staff was on the ball. First time at Madison's and looking forward to going back. Food was amazing, drinks were phenomenal and the jazz band just gave it an extra excitement. Highly recommend.
