My son and I had dinner at the Proof Bar & Patio before attending a performance at Koerner Hall. The restaurant had a nice quiet ambiance. The service was good. I had the steak dinner which was excellent.

The space itself is absolutely beautiful, perfect for a night out. We also really enjoyed the hookah—it was smooth and flavorful. All around, it was a perfect evening. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
