Dining at Lenox is like eating a little hole-in-the-wall cantina in a back alley in Havana. They have warm, friendly service that treated me like a regular, thought it was my first time dining at this venue. I was greeted by the bartender who immediately seated my father and I, though he was in the middle of mixing a cocktail. The waitress attended to our every need including when I just finished a glass of water, she immediately refilled the glass. The drinks were vibrant, refreshing, and had just enough rum and tropical fruit juice to transport you to the Caribbean. The appetizer of plantains stuffed with ground beef was to die for. The halibut dish I ordered was plated full of color. The fish was flaky and bathed in a citrus broth. Though I a 7 o'clock show time, I felt like I could have spent three hours there enjoying good food, company, drink, and conversation. They have converted me to a "regular" and I will definitely be back.

Very nice small intimate restaurant with beautiful decor in an unlikely location. Excellent cocktails, crispy chickpeas, wonderful smoked pork belly, saffron chowder, paella & fresh hot rustic bread. Highly recommend Pimienta for casual or special occasions. Service very good.

A must go! The food was delicious. My wife and I shared several small plates which were appropriately timed so that each arrived fresh. The service was excellent t and I 100% recommend the Cuban old-fashioned.
