We started with the ceviche, a happy hour shrimp dish and a carrot small plate. All were good, but the cerviche stole the show. Our server guided us through the menu, no matter how many questions we had, and shared knowledge about the cuisine, dishes and drink selection. Each dish presented new, fresh flavors that took us on a journey with the chef and his travels. Highlights included trying tinned fish for the first time, mixing egg yolk into our buttery choclo, and filling up on empanadillas.
