This experience was magnificent! We were seated by the hospitable Miguel. Then our sever, Sebastian, and his assistant, Rafael, were very attentive and personable. Each dish had combinations that made our taste buds dance. We opted for the seven-course dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed tasting the tuna, quail, fish and wagyu each with its decorative sides. Kudos to the chefs and staff!

Absolutely Amazing scratch kitchen! We sat right in front of the open kitchen and had the opportunity to witness their first class technique, cleanliness, and care they took with each and every dish! I am a tough critic and I was impressed! This place is want to watch… I see a Michelin rating in their future! Looking forward to going back.

We had an excellent dinner at Paradiso 37. Our server, Alex, recommended the surf and turf and Chilean salmon. Both were excellent and we will order them again on our next visit! The dip trio and shrimp cocktail were also delicious . I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail - we haven’t had it this way before and it was incredible. We finished our meal with the Cuban tres leches cake which was also very good. Thank you Paradiso 37 and Alex for a wonderful dinner date!
