We dined at a spot that effortlessly blended style and flavor, making for an unforgettable date night. The ambience struck the perfect balance—chic, modern, and undeniably cool, with dim lighting and sleek décor that set the mood just right. We kicked things off with the “Rice Thief,” a dish that completely stole the show with its bold flavors and comforting textures. The Korean fried chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, delivering just the right amount of heat and crunch. The ceviche was bright, fresh, and expertly balanced, a refreshing contrast to the richness of the other plates. Equally impressive were the zero-proof cocktails. Each was crafted with as much care and creativity as any classic cocktail—layered, complex, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place that puts that much thought into non-alcoholic options, and it made the night feel inclusive and elevated. Overall, everything from the service to the plating hit the mark. This spot isn’t just dinner—it’s an experience. Ideal for a date, catching up with friends, or treating yourself to something special. We’ll definitely be back soon.More infoSinsaPrice: Very Expensive• Korean• East Village•4.7

The Shoju and yuzu cocktails were the highlights. Good lychee martini as well. It’s a modern Korea, not what you can find on the street level. Although you get kimchi and other traditional dishes, I would suggest to try their hot appetizers like the blossoms and seafood pie. The BBQ was also delicious. We had ribeye and more “traditional” galbi. Both were excellent. My suggestion is to get the glass noodles not as an appetizer but as a side dish - delicious! We had a great service, especially the sommelier - very knowledgeable and helpful in pairing the food with drinks. We also had their version of Baked Alaska (Black Forest cake) and did not regret it. We were in the lounge with the stunning views of the Empire State Building, a quieter setting as compared to the main dining area. Still my favorite place in Korea Town - not cheap but worth every $$$More infoGAONNURIPrice: Very Expensive• Korean• Midtown West•4.8

- KKeithPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe best food experience I have ever had. Every course tasted fantastic and was presented aesthetically. The service was impeccable, attentive, and spot on. The experience also was very welcoming and more “fun” than a traditional fine dining.More infobōmPrice: Very Expensive• Korean• Flatiron District•4.9
