Nobu Los Angeles abrió sus puertas en primavera de 2008 y fue diseñado por el arquitecto mundialmente conocido David Rockwell en el famoso espacio de L'Orangerie, en La Cienega Boulevard.     Sushi in The South Bay at a convenient location in a strip mall in El Segundo. This place has it all including Bento Boxes after 6:00PM! We started with a tuna sashimi in white truffle oil and citrus that was delicious. Crispy crab roll might have been a bit too crispy but was tasty nonetheless. The Premium Chirashi Bowl was excellent, too. For dessert, don’t miss the olive oil cream rolled in fresh pistachio nuts. Simple sake and beer list. Very reasonable pricing but as with all sushi restaurants everything adds up. My only suggestion would be to use a larger shrimp for the tempura. Otherwise, this place is a little gem and we can’t wait to return. Be sure to ask for Roberto who will happily guide you through the menu. Not many terrific servers left but this guy knows how to treat a customer well.
