The welcome on arrival and the beautiful and pleasant service is very special. We had the tasting menu which was exquisite . From the faultless explanation of each dish and the chef‘s obvious homage to excellence in ingredients and cooking , each plate was a joy in taste and pleasure . The wine chosen for my sister which was a glass of red and dessert wine were exceptional and perfectly paired . The style of service allows you to pace yourself as it should for a meal of such quality . A wonderful experience and memory and one to be repeated . Thank you to everyone for making us feel special and also for the happy birthday chorus !More infoPearl BrasseriePrice: Expensive• European• South City Centre•4.8

Both were well mixed with flair at the bar. We both went for the the Floritz tasting menu although I had the vegetarian menu. Both were splendid— the leek soup and leek skewers offered in both menus were unique. The dessert was amazing with apricot, honey ice cream and white chocolate. Servers were highly attentive and we had a manager assist with a wine pairing. The room itself was beautiful. The only negative, which was actually amusing, was that guests had a difficult time opening the door into the main space throughout the night. We really enjoyed Floritz and would recommend.More infoFloritzPrice: Expensive• Asian• South City Centre•4.5
