Add a crisp, tasty sake and I had a very happy tummy. The sake selection is wide enough to require a return visit… purely for research, obviously. Service was excellent: attentive enough to keep things flowing, without hovering like an anxious auntie. The izakaya counter is a tad cosy (aka cramped), but the noise level was spot-on — lively enough to feel like an izakaya, yet still perfectly easy to hold a conversation. I’ll definitely be back AND frequently. There’s plenty more on the menu and far too much sake to leave it unexplored.
