Best Italian Restaurants in Gilford

Massimo is the best restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. The Italian food was outstanding. The entire staff was terrific, from the time we entered the restaurant until we checked out and left.

The hostess was wonderful and was right on top of everything, making sure that the service and experience were excellent

Excellent woodfired gluten free pizza. They don’t make their own crust(😭) but the crust is ok. Salad of roasted beets, goat cheese and almonds was very tasty but over dressed. Still, a great meal at a good restaurant

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Louie’s yesterday! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting, the service was outstanding, and every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into the food. The pasta dishes were incredible, and the overall experience felt special without being pretentious. The wine selection was also excellent and complemented the meal perfectly. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the food, ambiance, and service all come together so seamlessly. Louie’s truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!

Kristen was a 10 server for our table of two. Helped us go a but off menu to put the Farmer's Table on the Detroit crust. I don't usually rave about chains, but it was delicious pizza. Can't wait to order it again
