Sublime experience. From the attentive staff who were always filling our water glasses, to the food and a lovely house glass of white, each dish as excellent as the next. Starting by sharing light tempura fried stuffed zucchini flowers with lobster flavoured aioli that I could have eaten all 3 myself, sister let me taste her spinach ricotta stuffed ravioli in a butter emulsion that I loved just as much as my pasta triangles stuffed with Paris mushrooms, Parmesan stracchino with an unforgettable sauce from a reduction of chicken stock with oyster mushrooms. Umami off the chart! This was freshly made pasta sauced like we’ve never experienced anywhere before today. Tiramisu and cappuccinos were excellent and we left happy!
