- LLeslieVIPLos Angeles •55 reviews4.0Dined on Jun 8, 2025Been eating there for years since they opened! Service was off! No manager on the patio to oversee service. There were times no one was on the patio for assistance. The server could not understand English. When asked what was in the gluten free pasta, she replied by saying spaghetti. We needed to know what kind of flour was used. She didn’t offer to ask the chef. My veal chop was served raw and had to be sent back. I had to eat when my party was done. They could have offered free drinks or desserts. Very disappointed in service and we brought our friends for their first time there. The food was delicious though. Just not a Drago experience!More infoPanzanella RistorantePrice: Expensive• Italian• Sherman Oaks•4.7
- JJoseVIPLos Angeles •14 reviews4.0Dined on Mar 23, 2025So our friends and I have been boasting about The Ramp for a few years now to my wife #ghoulatheart. We finally get her to the Ramp and wouldn’t you know they get her order wrong. Beef stroganoff is what is brought to the table instead of the lasagna. The rest of us had to wait for her to get her food. Not sure what the kitchen was doing that night (Saturday) but their saving grace is that she really enjoyed the dish. Our waiter Michelle was very apologetic. First impressions is everything. Maybe it was a glitch in the matrix. I encourage the kitchen management to read every ticket twice for accuracy.
