Best Italian Restaurants in Duarte

Another exceptional meal at Bestia. The pizza is what brings me in every time and it never disappoints. Apple and endive salad and Caesar are standards here and always worth sharing with the table. The chicken gizzards were a great recent add as was the duck. Both were special. And the new wine pairings (3 levels for something for everyone) elevated the entire meal.

Celestino has always been our family’s favorite. There has been a big improvement in food quality and portion sizes (sadly the panna cota has still remained small) since I last patroned about 10 months ago. I’m so happy I gave it another try today! I will definitely be returning. I was there to celebrate a friend’s birthday, which I put in my notes to the restaurant and mentioned to the hostess. No birthday candle, song or treat for her though we ordered dessert.😔

The service and food were excellent. Pollo Mi Piace is my favorite main course and it was cooked to perfection. Minestrone soup was satisfying. I ended my meal with the Chocolate Trio, which was refreshing. I always enjoy my dining experience at Mi Piace, and will return for future meals at this restaurant!

So many delicious things to choose from on the menu. Everything was great. Don’t skip dessert. The flan and the chocolate mousse were both delicious.
