    Perfect for a nice dinner before a show at Balboa Theater or Civic Center. Friendly staff, not too noisy, at least when we were there. Pastas were excellent as was my salmon with risotto and spinach. The offered the parmesan cheese and pepper after serving, which was nice, but they don't bring any complimentary bread like some Italian restaurants do. Good service and timing of each course.

    We had a great date night dinner at Romanissimo. This was our first visit since it replaced Saltwater, which was always one of our all time favorites. We started with the artichoke. After that we had the Osso Bucco and the Pappardelle pasta. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with dinner. All of the staff was very welcoming and enjoyable to interact with. The service was impeccable. We highly recommend Romanissimo and we look forward to returning soon.
