Best Italian Restaurants in Atascadero

The ribeye and the truffle risotto special were both AMAZING!!!!!

While not frequent diners, we do enjoy the times we go to Cielo. Last night we celebrated my wife's birthday. She had the Lasagna and I had the Chicken Alfredo. The lasagna was very good. The Alfredo was lacking substance in garlic and a small amount of pepper. For dessert, we shared the chocolate mousse. The mousse was so hard you needed a knife to cut it (came out too cold). Here is the best part. our service was excellent and when we were about to settle the bill, we asked the waiter if he would mind a suggestion on the food. He graciously took it to the chef who sent back appreciation for the suggestion. Not many place do this. We will be going back.

Very good steamed clam appetizer, bicolor beet salad excellent. Bucatini carbonara very rich and flavorful. Sat outside with dog. Waiter was great. Will return.

The food and atmosphere was outstanding. Their pizza crust is delicious. Love the poolside dining. Cute remodel of an old motel location.

We fortuitously came upon this family-run bistro that sets the bar on excellent service. The food is delicious and wine menu is varied, highlighting local winemakers. Only months-old, it has the potential to become a neighborhood fave!
