- VVictoriaLondon •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe have recently moved into the area and have been and had a few drinks at The Beehive. Every time we go the food has always looked and smelt so good we decided to go for a meal for our anniversary. We certainly weren't disappointed. The food was excellent. Before the meal we were served a lovely homemade Masala bread bun with sun dried tomato butter which was delicious. Warm and flavoursome, a real elevation over a standard bread roll. As we always like to try a few things, we shared the Pave Potato Chaat and Mini Samosas to start. While the samosas were excellent, the chaat was amazing. Well balanced and very moreish. We could have easily eaten a couple more of these! For main course we had the cod, the lamb shank, some cumin rice and some chilli fries. The lamb also came with a lovely flatbread. The cod came in a light coconut broth with vermicelli noodles which was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked fish, this was just right for a summers evening. The lamb was fall off the bone in a dark, rich sauce which was just the right level of spice and heat. With the excellent sides (beautiful fluffy rice) it was great main course sharing combination. The service here is top notch as well. All the staff are incredibly warm and friendly and you can see they genuinely care about the food, service and experience. Finally they brought us a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with a couple of sweet treats. A really nice touch to end the meal. We'll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Milaanj. 5 stars all round!More infoMilaanj at The BeehivePrice: Moderate• Indian• White Waltham•4.7

Great choice of flavours for shisha and various cocktails. Great music and DJ. Didn't have a meal but the fruit platter was amazing. Highly recommend. Can't wait to try the Greek food next door and attend future events. Thank you to the management and staff at Samaa!More infoSamaaPrice: Moderate• Lounge• Ascot•4.3
