Feringhee is, without a doubt, the best Indian restaurant in the Phoenix area. And that opinion would certainly be shared by my teenaged grandson. His mother tells me it's the only restaurant he ever requests. As terrific as the butter chicken entree is, the appetizers are what really shine. Ribs, shrimp, fried chicken with wonderful sauces and a spectacular cauliflower. And, surprisingly to me, the vegan mushroom curry was probably the best curry i have had in years. Panna Cotta for dessert is not only tasty but has little surprises like mangos. The only downside i see is the rather ridiculous charges for rice and naan. It seems to me that charging for rice with a curry dish would be no different than charging for the bread in a sandwich. So save you pennies and celebrate your next "occassion" at Feringhee.

Love this place! Great service and excellent Indian food (which is hard to find). Highly recommend if you want an amazing experience and meal. They have very friendly staff
