Saffron serves an eclectic mixture of traditional Indian Cuisine punctuated by the flavors of the Himalayas. Our food stand true to its roots and origin while we source most of our produce locally. All dishes, sauces, naans and desserts are made in house from scratch. We are proud to be the first restaurant in Austin with a dedicated Nepalese menu. Nepal is a land of many flavors, while many of its dishes are indigenous and indicative of its culture and people, while few are inspired by its immediate neighbors, India and China. Our Nepalese menu is a thoughtful mix of both.

Le Saffron sert un mélange éclectique de mets indiens traditionnels agrémentés de saveurs himalayennes. Les mets servis restent fidèles à leurs racines et à leurs origines et sont élaborés principalement à partir de produits locaux. Tous les plats, sauces, naans et desserts sont faits maison de A à Z. Ce restaurant est le premier d'Austin à présenter un menu népalais. Le Népal foisonne de saveurs. La plupart des plats sont autochtones et révélateurs de la culture et du peuple népalais. Quelques-uns s'inspirent de l'Inde et de la Chine, contrées voisines. Le menu népalais servi au sein de l'établissement est à la croisée de ces chemins.
