Best Grills in Downtown / Union Square

My husband and I came in for lunch earlier this week, wrapping up our weekend in Tiburon. We had visited the restaurant over the weekend for a wedding reception, the event manager, Coco, was so hospitable and accommodating, we had to come back one more time. The food was exceptional as was the service, our server, Florida and Coco really made us feel welcome and part of the family. I will recommend this to all friends and family who visit the bay area 🌉

The food was delicious and the service was attentive and welcoming. We were not sure what level of heat to ask for. We chose medium hot and it was too hot for some of us. So now we know to order mild next time. We will definitely be back.

If you don't mind spending a small fortune, the food here is interesting and fun. Each dish was surprising and delicious (esp lamb chops and pork ribs). Good service (I read some complaints, we had no problems). But even with a gift cert we paid $110+ out of pocket for 2 people with 3 glasses of wine and no dessert. The wine could have bought 4 bottles of our favorite white Bordeaux up the street. That's eating out in SF these days (we live here so have seen the changes). Takes the fun out of it a bit.
