Fantastic made them aware ahead of time that I was a wheelchair user and they offered to carry me down the stairs so I could have a private cabana with my wife for her birthday 10 out of 10 

I celebrated my birthday here and it was an absolute blast! The staff were super friendly and attentive, even the host acknowledged my special day when we arrived! We had a blast enjoying our extra large margaritas and hookah! The place had great music, food, and even games! The outside area was really relaxing, it was covered so it didn’t feel like we were outdoors at all. Our steaks were supposed to be medium, but they came out a bit too rare, but they fixed it right away! I would definitely recommend this place, plenty of options and wonderful staff!

The best restaurant in cancun , excellent service and food

As always, service impeccable at nizuc. Ordered shrimp and steak. Had to give back steak, chewy and not tasty. Everything else great.
