High Timber is always a fantastic exprience - the food is great and the service always outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the creamed spinach this time round - top notch - a nice complement to my Bavette. The service was superb - we had less than an hour for our meal due to unforseen cirumstances - and the staff ensured that our food arrived delicious and swiftly, allowing my friend and I to catch up without stressfully clock-watching. We plan to go back soon and enjoy a similarly delicious meal with a glass of red wine!!

A wonderful experience from the warm welcome by the doorman and throughout the entire evening from every member of the team. The food is exquisite with amazing depth of flavours and beautifully presented. The waiters explained every course really clearly. The opportunity to visit the kitchen and meet Tom and the chef team was a really nice touch. The Seaside Sour cocktail is wonderful and highly recommended too! The dining room is a lovely environment and the staff are so friendly and welcoming - it all combined to make a very enjoyable evening.

The restaurant is part of a high quality hotel and the welcome we received and attentiveness of the restaurant staff were to a high standard. The surroundings are lovely, especially on a warm sunny day for alfresco dining in the attractive courtyard. As we had booked for a Saturday lunch we were given the Weekend Brunch menu - the mid week a la carte dining menu was much more extensive. The food was well presented and all of us enjoyed the meals we had chosen. We were left in peace to chat with our friends and not rushed out after we had finished our food. Overall a lovely place to meet friends and chat over a leisurely weekend lunch.

The bar staff were exceptionally friendly. Splitting-the-G Guinness challenge for a free half-pint is genius. We all had a good laugh, staff included. Smash burger place, while expensive (every stall was) was exceptionally good. Thai noodle place, sub par, chow mein was far from authentic, almost tasteless all stars lost were due to this place.
