Amazingly inventive food served in unpretentious surroundings by charming staff. The wine list - and the menu - can provide an inexpensive meal or you can push the boat out. But either way it's done with top-quality ingredients.

The food was very good and the staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly as the original booking for Afternoon Tea had not been submitted to the venue. The staff were very apologetic and ensured we had an enjoyable lunch.
