Best Fusion Restaurants in The Colony

Been a year since we’ve been back but we’ll say nothing has changed much. Still same/similar great menu cooked or prepared to perfection. Staff is always great. Ambience is just right for either date night or group lunch/dinner. Always love coming back here. The black cod by itself is enough to bring us back, not far off from places Tei Tei.

Always amazing. I am so glad this gem is nearby! The food is great, and the chef rotates the menu seasonally (right now, there are a lot of pastas). Everything is vegan, but items with nuts and gluten are also marked to make it easy for all diners to choose the best dish. Everything I’ve ordered has been exceptional! This time, we both had the Lion’s Mane with polenta. The mushroom was absolutely fantastic, the polenta was the perfect amount of crunchy on the outside without being dry inside, and the veggies were perfect - still had some crunch without being raw. Small restaurant, so probably best to make a reservation if during peak dining hours on a weekend!

A fantastic experience. My fiancée and I went for our 1 year anniversary and are so happy with our decision. We did the chef’s tasting menu and all of the dishes were excellent. Our server explained the dishes nicely and they came out with a very good pace. After our final course, the chef came out to the table to greet us and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Overall, this was an incredible evening that very much justified the price. We will certainly be going back at some point once we have some more money saved up, and will be checking out the chef’s ramen place next door in the meantime because the pasta dish was one of the best of the evening. The Japanese wagyu steak and appetizer plate with small tuna, salmon, and tofu dishes were also among our favorites.
