Best Fusion Restaurants in North Center

We had the meze plate and drinks. Everything on it was delicious. My glass of Pinot noir was smooth. Christian, our server, made the night even better.

The menu is interesting! Especially loved the Caluflor and Pulpo dishes, but everything we had was good.

Le Colonial delivers a polished take on Vietnamese cuisine in an elegant setting. The beef pho stands out with its rich, clear broth, though it leans toward a more refined interpretation. The green curry is flavorful with just the right amount of heat, and the flat noodles dish is satisfying without being overly heavy.

Drinks: Tomato & Pepper, Lemongrass Highball - we loved both but the tomato and pepper was a beautiful surprise. Sweet and refreshing. Mezze/appetizer: Hummus - phenomenal flavor. We were so impressed with the texture, temperature, depth. I only wish there were enough pita chips to enjoy all of the hummus. Pita chip ratio was off balance. Pasta: Pesto Pistachio - delicious but could use more depth in flavor and overall more protein-included items for the cost Carne: Chicken Vesuvio - absolutely delicious, wouldn't change a thing Service: our server was kind but we did find ourselves waiting for them to come around and check on us. Ambiance: beautiful decor & vibe. Again, wouldn't change a thing.
