- MMICHELLESan Diego •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoDining at Sago Encinitas was nothing short of a culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone—lush greenery, soft candlelight, and a romantic atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Each dish arrived with just a brief, intriguing description, leaving us curious and excited. And every single one delivered beyond expectations. The flavors were bold, layered, and unexpected in the best way. You could tell there was intention behind each ingredient and pairing—nothing felt random. Instead, it was a creative, harmonious journey through complex flavor profiles that somehow all worked beautifully together. Service was excellent—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly without being overbearing. If you're looking for a place that feels intimate and special, while also delivering a truly inspired dining experience, Sago is it. We can’t wait to go back.More infoSAGOPrice: Expensive• Asian• Encinitas•4.5
- CChuckSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe decor and ambience was as good as the food! So happy we found this spot. It’s so beautiful inside! We ordered the squash blossom omelette and it was so unique and fresh! The strawberry Nutella crepe was amazing as well! My only issue was that the drinks were a pretty expensive and it cost $3 for oatmilk in my $9 matcha 🫠. Would definitely be back! Just might skip the drinks.More infoFlora - North ParkPrice: Moderate• American• North Park•4.3
