Great spot by the river, good and service excellent

A real neighbourhood gem with exceptional service We had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch at Bistro Union. The food was excellent—thoughtfully prepared, seasonal, and full of flavour. But what really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the front-of-house team. Liena, in particular, was outstanding - welcoming, conversational, and genuinely engaged throughout. She struck that rare balance of being present without hovering, and her knowledge of the menu added to the overall experience. It’s always a pleasure to find a place where the service feels as carefully considered as the food. Highly recommended.

Great food and service ! Great restaurant manager! The anchovies with toasts are not cheap but are fantastic as a shared starter! Let that be on the menu forever ! The lamb and the salad was super tasty. We used to come here often in the past as our favourite local restaurant and I must say I am now happy to be back. Twice within the last weeks. Great Menu at the moment. It is back as in the good old days and we we will be back too.

We’ve had many meals at Bordelaise, but it was the first time we’ve decided to go for a Sunday roast and boy! Did it taste soooo good. Thank you so much for your hospitality ♥️ Everything was cook to perfection including seasoning 💯
