Best French Restaurants in Chertsey

Celebrated my birthday with Michelin Star cooking, after our lunch we pop in their bakery shop next door, Kristof and lady served us was very polite and professional they should be in Michelin Guide

The restaurant seated us at a lovely table by an open window with views of the river. The food was very good especially the Salade Nicoise. Service was disappointing. Why don't waiters tell you what is off the menu before letting you choose and then tell you? The staff member did not show any initiative such as asking whether we wanted more water when the carafe was empty or asking whether we wanted the wine poured when we already had other drinks rather than just start to pour? Friendlier service would have been appreciated. Maybe the section away from the bar did not help the service levels but it was not great. There was an overcharging mix up with the bill but it was quickly resolved. Perhaps more staff are needed? Management need to consider this.

Breakfast was great, speed and service was great, a coffee or tea and juice within the price of your breakfast is a winner.

Great spot by the river, good and service excellent

We had a lovely dinner and at the end we both independently observed what an absolutely fabulous waitress we had, both saying what a positive difference having brilliant staff makes to the evening. Food was delicious too. Also, we had a dog with us and she was welcomed equally warmly with a bowl of water and array of delicious treats delivered immediately on arrival. 100% recommend.
