    We ate at the bar and had a great time. The bartender made amazing drinks and was super wonderful to chat with. And the food was absolutely delicious!!!

    Fun whimsical new spot with a flair on modern French cuisine. The decor and atmosphere was very inviting and warm. The service was excellent and we felt very well cared for. The food is all gluten free! We had the in house bread and butter and it was very tasty. There’s a good amount of options without being overwhelming, and of course all dishes are rooted in French cuisine.

    Absinthe never fails to provide outstanding food. The chef's skill and his devotion to his craft are apparent in each plate. Whether it is the steak frit or the salad nicoise, the food is always superb. Absinthe is far from a new restaurant. It has aged like a fine wine. Kudos to the Chef, the kitchen staff and the servers who set an example of what fine dining should be.
