A lovely experience from start to finish, the place itself is stunning. Helpful staff but not too intrusive a good range of food and it was delicious when it arrived. I would recommend eating here.

Was given a voucher for a Cream Tea for Two, booking was very simple. Fantastic welcome on arrival and given a lovely glass of champagne each. We had the vegetarian and non vegetarian meal - sandwiches were ok, but the cakes and scones were fantastic. The service team were very attentive and riverside restaurant was lovely. Well worth considering if you’re looking for a cream tea in Manchester.

Excellent food place looks like it could do with a facelift

The food was really good, but there was one thing I didn’t like. I tried to order from the children’s menu (which I had done before at another Côte), but the waitress informed me that I couldn’t order from that menu because it is only for children under 12. I found this a little unfair, as I don’t eat much, and the options on the kids' menu suit me better. I don’t understand why different Côte locations have different policies, but I believe customers should be allowed to order what they want regardless of their age. Alternatively, they could charge a bit more if an adult orders from the kids' menu. Overall, my food was good, and the service was satisfactory.
