El The Kew Gardens Hotel es un renovado gastropub, un bar y un hotel boutique con 20 habitaciones. Está ubicado en el corazón de la localidad de Kew (oeste de Londres), pero apartado del bullicio y del ajetreo de la vida de la ciudad. El restaurante está al lado, pero un poco escondido de su zona de bar principal, donde se ofrece un servicio de mesa formal. El menú de platillos cambia cada mes en función de la temporada y de los productos del mercado. La carta de vinos es extensa pero no es cara, y se actualiza con frecuencia gracias a las catas de vino que se hacen para huéspedes y clientes y que ayudan a seleccionar la lista. El bar es la zona principal del edificio y destaca con su chimenea abierta y sofás cómodos. Todo el menú de platillos está disponible en el bar y para algo más ligero se ofrece un menú de aperitivos durante todo el día.
