The Ivory Peacock is a beautifully designed cocktail bar in the heart of Nomad.Designed with inspiration from the finest cocktail bars in London, The Ivory Peacock transports you to another world as you sip one of our specialty cocktails or celebrated G&T's. Home to the largest collection of Gin (1,000+) in the US and the second largest Globally, we feature gins from almost every country in the world. Our 17 seat Emerald Bar offers a special vantage point into the extensive gin collection and is available for reservation. Our speakeasy Lounge, Ploume Bar, is open Wednesday thru Saturday from 5pm. Our Main Bar is available on 1st come basis. Our Executive Chef offers a delightful all-day menu centered around a French/Japanese flair with many easy to share dishes, ideal for family style and large parties, with a more limited menu late into the evening. Signature dishes include Spicy Salmon Taco's, Peking Duck Croquettes, Summer Lobster Rolls and Japanese Fried Calamari.
