Our 17 seat Emerald Bar offers a special vantage point into the extensive gin collection and is available for reservation. Our speakeasy Lounge, Ploume Bar, is open Wednesday thru Saturday from 5pm. Our Main Bar is available on 1st come basis. Our Executive Chef offers a delightful all-day menu centered around a French/Japanese flair with many easy to share dishes, ideal for family style and large parties, with a more limited menu late into the evening.
