Our server Michael was very attentive either our allergies and customer service was top notch. Food was delicious. Food was cooked in front but no theatrics compared to other teppanyaki restos in other countries.

Went there with a group of friends, they are very good at accommodating our group’s request and offering to move our table to the private area - which is very nice my friends and i are having a good time and kudos to their sake selections as well ✌🏻

It’s a very small local Japanese restaurant with very few seats! Dishes are very thoughtful and artistic but a pity to rush through the full omakase 8 dishes within 90 minutes. Some dishes are done well before you finished the last ones. Though the staffs tend to be attentive, running out of time and people disrupted the standard of service you would expect.

Ultimate splurge restaurant! Restaurant serves the perfect luxury food trifecta - Kobe Beef (A5 BMS 12), Hokkaido Uni and Sturgeon Caviar. One stop to satisfy all of your cravings. Excellent service provided by Bill. He operated the Binchotan like a master chef. He trained for one month to perfect his grilling skills. Give the beef tongue a try - great texture and great beefy taste. The pièce de résistance: Wagyu nigiri topped with Hokkaido uni, caviar and gold. Restaurant also has an English menu available.
