Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Vergennes

It is clear that New Vida has some kinks to work out in the staffing area, the staff is friendly, but runs from almost non- existent to clearly understaffed and stressed during busy dinner/ cocktail time. The atmosphere is a home run and menu selections are good. My husband and I both had to send our dinners back, initially. They gave him the wrong meal and my fries were stone cold and toppings on my burger were wrong. However, it was only a few minutes until they corrected the mistake and dinner was enjoyable and delicious. I could see that, in general, people were having trouble getting drinks and served in a timely manner. I would give it another try. For us, the good outweighed the bad, but they need to figure out staffing, in general.

We had a wonderful evening dining at Jessica's Restaurant at The Swift House. The food was amazing, and the service by Jaye was excellent. Cocktails at the bar with their mixologist Laura is a great way to begin your evening. Everything from appetizers to dessert was delicious. Also, we happened to dine on a Fancy Friday which includes DJ and dancing, great fun. This restaurant truly stands out as one of the best dining experiences in Vermont!

The View Restaurant was absolutely amazing The ambience was very charming. The new years eve menu was extremely well prepared and delicious Our server Caleb was extremely kind We will definitely be back next holiday

Someone gave us a gift card, we’ve been a few times but was waiting for the seasonal menu change. It finally happened and it was delicious. Definitely prefer the winter menu. Food, service and ambiance were great. They make the best blue cheese dressing. And the margarita was pretty darn good too!
