    Our dinner at Alter House tonight was simply spectacular! The delicious gormet dinner was fabulous from start to finish. The French Onion Soup was perfectly prepared and absolutely scrumptious. The halibut and the lobster fettuccine were delectable, and the chocolate chip cake and the cheese cake were uniquely wonderful.     Strip steak was excellent, but it should be for the price and the portion size. There is no more complementary bread basket – you need to pay $16 for Parker house rolls dessert which was the apple cobbler was missing the whipped cream.
