Never too busy, but Clare the hostess needs to be let go due to her inability to read people' and sit where they want when it's not a full house. She would be better off at Applebees! Might be a culture thing but a high class place like Ladd's should take this into consideration. The food & service is top notch! We had a mother, son team serving us and they were great and very attentive. Menu should expand for dinner choices as your best bet is lunch menu to have more choices. One thing I would also fix is one of the young valet drivers is a smoker and when we got into our car after he pulled around smelled like a cigarette! That is not acceptable!! If this place is going to get more and more popular you need to have good employees and right now that is the only downside.More infoLadds TavernPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Peapack-Gladstone•4.4

My husband had the chicken parm which was the best he’s ever tasted. I had the macadamia crusted cod which was absolutely delicious. The service was spot on and the music was great.
