The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The food was great but this was let down by the hesitant service we were told to sit where we liked but no table wax actually set properly . This made the initial impression not great however the food was amazing. You just need to concentrate on customer service and creating an ambience . Although we had booked it was like we weren’t expected weird considering how quiet it was. Get the customer service right and you will do well because the food was delicious
