Best English Restaurants in Streatham

We have been dining here since 1999 are always pleased with the food. The calves liver is excellent.

Had to move table due to the party size but they took the desserts off of the bill which was very kind of them. Everyone’s food was fantastic, would come again!

Great experience— went for afternoon tea by myself and enjoyed my time. Wished they would have put more pastries in my to go box.

A mid week lunch outing for the three of us. A classic British hotel, warmly met by the doorman and then once inside the lobby we were greeted by anther who showed us to the restaurant. A spectacular room with lots of space. For those with deep pockets the a la carte menu and the wine list are very special. We all opted for the set menu. Asparagus to start followed by a chicken dish. Beautifully presented with very adequate portion sizes !!. This was washed down with a bottle of Chilean Pinot Noir. We were too full to squeeze in a desert. A wonderful meal, wine excellent. Service faultless.
