Absolutely loved our afternoon tea. Fantastic theme as we love beauty and the beast. Was decorated brilliantly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t fault the food, was delicious. Definitely coming back for future themes and definitely recommend

Great meal as always at St John. Particularly loved the ox tongue hash, duck hearts and red mullet but all excellent. Great bottle of gamay too, very good recs from staff, thank you.

We had the most incredible experience at Corenucopia yesterday. From start to finish, everything felt incredibly special — the food, the presentation, the service and the whole atmosphere were simply exceptional. We started with an array of snacks including olives, chicken and caviar, and they immediately set the tone for what was to come. The seafood vol-au-vent, onion tartlet and oysters that followed were absolutely exquisite — beautifully presented, incredibly delicate and packed with flavour. For the mains, we had the fish and chips, chicken Kiev and steak, and every single dish was cooked with such precision and care. The quality of the ingredients really shone through, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Everything looked beautiful on the plate and tasted even better. And then came dessert… profiteroles, sticky toffee pudding and coffee tiramisu — all absolutely delicious and the perfect way to finish what had been a phenomenal meal. The wine and Champagne went down an absolute treat too! 🥂🍷 The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was so friendly, warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. The service was impeccable throughout and really added to the experience. It’s clear that an enormous amount of thought, skill and passion goes into the food here. Every dish felt like it had been created with precision and class, while still being incredibly enjoyable and full of flavour. If I had to find one disappointment, it would be that after four months of seeing that gorgeous strawberry pavlova on their Instagram, I had my heart set on trying it… only to discover it wasn’t available! 😂🍓 But honestly, that’s about as much complaining as you’ll get from me — Corenucopia was an absolute triumph. An exquisite evening, exceptional food, wonderful service and an experience we’ll definitely remember. 10/10 and thoroughly deserved.
