Our recent visit with a party of four left us thoroughly impressed and planning our swift return. From the moment we stepped inside, the unique, upscale location captivated us. The atmosphere is inviting, striking that perfect balance between refined and relaxed, making it ideal for a special meal without any pretense. Every member of the staff was incredibly gracious, setting a welcoming tone from start to finish. Our server, Sierra, was a true highlight of the evening. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive, contributing significantly to the overall outstanding service. And the food? Simply amazing. We started with a generous order of their onion rings and fries, both perfectly crispy and seasoned, setting a high bar for what was to come. For our main courses, two of us indulged in their famous burgers: the rich and flavorful Gold Standard and the perfectly executed Classic. These burgers are undeniably very big, easily shareable, and bursting with juicy goodness. My wife opted for the lighter but equally delectable burrata salad with heirlooms, a fresh and vibrant dish that showcased the quality of their ingredients. Our fourth companion raved about the Crazy Bird chicken sandwich, confirming that Holstein's excels beyond just their renowned burgers. While we didn't get to try their infamous boozy shakes this time, they certainly looked fantastic, promising another reason to revisit.
